While I was at the facility I received five star treatment. Staff was very attentive and courteous. I was very delighted to see how clean an organized the facility was. The rehab technicians were very knowledgeable and encouraging. I came in to rehab a neighbor a me replacement. In six months I will be doing the left leg. Looking forward to coming back to the facility for treatment. I highly recommend this facility. Sincerely Mr. Benitez

I absolutely loved touring this facility!! The staff was helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. The residents that I spoke to were very friendly and very supportive of the facility. The rooms are very large and have a great homelike feel to them. Thank you Hollymead for making me feel comfortable and listened to. :)

I would have to believe the reviews above 1 star is because you can't choose a lower score. In addition, anything above 2 stars are employee's trying to make the place look acceptable. My father's stay was a bad experience to say the least. I have proof of how long it took staff to answer "lit light." Anyone that has stayed there knows about this. At one point I counted 3 lit lights up and 3 people huddled around the nurse's station without a care in the world. I had to point them out. You would think the next action of staff would go see why the light is lit. Nope, continued with their conversation. If any hospital admin. are seeing this....PLEASE stop sending your patient's here. You're doing a disservice!
