Reviews
I have been impressed with and grateful for this facility and the staff. Very caring team who give us confidence our loved one is being taken care of and treated well. They have a wide variety of activities for whose who want to/are able to participate and their communication and coordination of care have been excellent as care needs progress. The 4 stars is simply reflecting that facility itself is dated but it is safe and the staff really make all the difference.
My father was put here by a doctor at the hospital in Greeley. The first few weeks were good and they seemed to really care. Then overnight they stopped caring and would leave my dad in the same clothes. His floor was always sticky and they wouldn’t mop his room. When visiting I witnessed the tenants yell slurs back and fourth and my father felt uncomfortable so he would stay in his room. With that being said his TV never worked until his final days. He had many falls and they constantly moved him rooms. My dad had memory issues as well as prostate cancer. He was in constant pain and after about 5 requests for the doctor to call for pain meds other than over the counter they decided to call me when he had his final fall which resulted in his death. I would NEVER recommend this place. In fact they have never even called me to tell me sorry about my loss or even to follow up during his final hospital stay. When completing this review I see it’s asking about if the price was high or low or reasonable. They NEVER once told my family my father had to pay. His insurance was supposed to pay and they would call me for payment but not once for his meds. They cared more about payments then my father!
My mother-in-law was in this facility and I can say nothing other than it is filthy and disgusting. her bed was broken after she had a hip replacement. She laid there all day in pain, and the only thing that somebody needed to do was plug in the bed. The lack of neglect in this facility is incredible. I hope that someone will investigate this facility and get people help so they don’t have to live under such poor conditions. Do not send your family member here if you have a choice.
Well, what can I say? The facility is a tidbit dated but the people and staff are just wonderful!! They WILL take care of your loved one no ifs ands or buts! Very hard working and caring people work at this facility.
My mom was recently at RNCR! I love this place! They took such great care of my mom. All of the nurses and CNA’s are amazing! The food is superb as are the activities the provide for the patients. I can’t say enough about the therapy department! They are superb! If you want the best care for your family member this is the place to go!
