This rating was requested to be posted on behalf of a disabled relative who was at this facility for rehabilitation for about 10 days. The relative said the facility was better than the other, similar places in town that had been utilized in the same year, 2025. Aspects appreciated were: Good food. Good medical care, including nursing and physical therapy. Friendly staff. Satisfactory conditions. They made sure the resident was transported on time to external medical appointments. This relative said the facility would be the first choice when it comes time to transition to long-term care (nursing).

They don't give the residents enough to eat. There's no real activitys except bingo and jazz club witch is just supervised smoking breaks. The staff is very over worked.

Legacy really cares about the residents! They have fabulous activities for them to do everyday if it's bingo or pretty nails to popcorn social the residents love coming to the dining room for the fun. The food is delicious and it's very clean and I might add legacy residents are the best!!!!

I was so impressed with the visit today. The new changes are amazing. I love that there are private rooms that are available. The addition of a full time wound nurse is wonderful. The building is so clean and smelled great. I had no idea that they have a Dementia unit. Jamie I love the new vibes you are bringing, keep up the great work.

I was totally horrified at how this place is run! Staff knew nothing about my brothers medical condition even 2 weeks after he arrived. A nurse was complaining to us about my brothers condition as if he was supposed to be in tip top shape and was at a resort misbehaving! They neglected his needs and I feel actually caused his death by being negligent! I wish I had checked them out closely before his being moved there. Please if you have a loved one needing care at a facility/ check them out thoroughly before giving them into their care! They are not always what they say they are!
