My review is based purely on a tour of their lobby and their rehab facilities. I cannot begin to tell you how great this place looks. You walk into the lobby and you have a great atmosphere. You keep walking until you get to the rehab wing and you have 10 individual rooms. You have a spacious common area with lovely couches and a great tv. You have a bistro that has a restaurant type feel with menus with good variety for options. The person serving you the food is right in front of you. The area is clean and it's beautifully lit. The gym was beautiful in his presentation and the equipment available. The whole area gives you a sense of hope. If you need to have someone do some rehab then I urge you to check this place out. I'm even saying this after they were unable to help me by accepting my mother due to some equipment that she uses. I cannot impress upon you just how beautiful this whole place looked.

My mother has had a wonderful experience from the first day at Heritage Pointe! All of the staff have been so good to her and us (her family) too. They have gone above and beyond to take good care of mom and make sure she is comfortable and happy in her new home. They closely monitor her health and let me know if there’s a problem. Communication with family is excellent. The staff takes time to answer your questions when they arise. The activities staff always brings mom treats and they do her nails. Having to place a loved one in a nursing facility is the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. The people at Heritage Pointe of Huntington made this so much easier. Thank you so much to Peggy and Jodie for helping with the admission process! I would name more names, but i’d invariably leave someone out. The entire staff is top-notch! Thank you all!

What a blessing this place has been. It is early in my Fathers stay in their rehab wing But I wanted to post today to say just how wonderful all the staff has been. Lauren in admissions has been such a help in the weeks leading up to my father’s surgery and all of his care team have been phenomenal. I will definitely be posting a follow up on our full experience, but if you’re stressed out about your loved one being cared for properly, I would highly recommend giving Lauren a call! She truly cares And is excellent at her job!

I can’t say enough about Heritage Pointe! My parents initially moved in to one of the houses around a pond and they loved it. As the years passed, my mother moved into memory care, and my father died. My mother is so loved and so well taken care of at Heritage Pointe, that I cannot believe it! I have never experienced a nursing facility as wonderful as this one. The staff at every level are compassionate and interactive with the residents. They have fun activities from morning until evening, so that the residents are not bored or lonely. I visit frequently, and I actually look forward to every visit because I enjoy the staff so much! By the way, the food is phenomenal, and is prepared in a scratch kitchen, which is unheard of in this type of setting. Also if a resident doesn’t want what is on the menu, there is a huge alternative menu to choose from. Entering the main building, you feel like you are going into a resort rather than a nursing facility. It really is quite phenomenal-to say I love Heritage Pointe is an understatement!

Every experience I have with staff and residents is remarkably positive! It is very obvious there is true team spirit in action. The focus is on resident care (a true passion for those living in the community) and the staff working cohesively. Very positive culture. Facility is impeccably clean and well maintained. Class act all the way. The food is great!
