Nurse took my dads hearing aids. We searched and looked for weeks and couldn’t find them. Decided to ask the nurse about them and she had them in her desk drawer!?!? They were not hers!!! Why would she have them!! The nurse practitioner is VERY RUDE!!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!

I have to say I was nervous when my mom went to go to the rehab in Bell Manor. But After being there for a few weeks I saw a lot of progress. They were very detailed and caring in the home. They called and gave me updates. to the day I took mom home. Now, mom is home and better then before she went in. I would recommend this place for sure. Thanks to everyone at Bell manor.

My uncle was transferred here right from a hospital due to being hit by a truck, resulting in multiple broken bones requiring physical therapy. He sat in pain for over ten minutes, only needing minor adjustments to relieve the pain, and even though he was hitting his call button, he was being ignored by staff. When asked why he wasn't set up after transfer, the nurse Diana Roberts, LPNs response was "I'm in the middle of med pack, (what does that mean) and he was transferred over during meal time so he'll just have to wait til I get there". Which of course revoked a decent rude response back. I went and got his belongings, while my mom got him set up properly the way he should have been when he 1st arrived. Took less than 10 minutes. I guess the staffing didn't like that because they came to try and take over and nurse Brooks response was "Being rude doesn't help the situation and u ain't getting nothing done with an attitude like that". Honey if u or ur upper nurse had done ur job in the first place, which would have only taken 10 minutes that u chose to ignore him for, he would have passed out and left u alone for the rest of the night along with us leaving for the hotel for the night. But nah, u wanna see attitude, I'm sitting my happy butt down beside him and not leaving til I speak to ur administration tomorrow. Along with calling the health department and the Mayor. This place is unacceptably dirty with ants, with proven rude uncaring nurses. The way these beds r booked up, and the prices they charge, this nursing home should be cleaned, and better taken care of than the way the inside of this place looks. I've also spoken with a couple of patients here. One spoke of having a broken air conditioner in their room and another lady walked up to me and asked if my uncle had an extra pad for her bed. Found out she needs a sheet for her bed and when I went to approach a nurse, the patient said the nurses know and don't care, and asked for me not to say anything due to them yelling at her after. Avoid any personal placement here.

This place is awful in my opinion. They didn't bathe or shower a loved one for over three weeks, yet their records didn't reflect that fact. Rehab is nothing compared to other facilities in my opinion. We pulled our loved one out and moved them to Life Care Lawrenceville. The difference was ASTOUNDING. Personally, I would not leave a dead dog at Bel Minor.

Dad was there for 100 days for physical therapy. The staff and therapist at Bell Minor was exceptional. They valued us and him and treated all of his needs. During the time there we meet and made long time friends that we will always cherish. Our family would like to thank all of the staff there for everything and going over and beyond to make his stay a great experience. The Garrett family
