The hospitality, décor, and overall warmth of this nursing facility made our family holiday dinner for my father truly special. The catering (Ariel and team) was exceptional — beautifully prepared, delicious, and served with genuine care. We enjoyed live karaoke, joyful energy, and a welcoming atmosphere that made every family feel seen and valued. It felt like a heartfelt celebration, not just an event. I am deeply grateful for the staff’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Thank you for creating a memorable evening for our family and honoring my father(James Endsley) with such grace.

We’ve had a very good experience with Gallatin Rehab and my sister staying there as a long-term resident. They go above and beyond in so many areas! And this evening, they had a special Thanksgiving dinner, which was just top-notch! Was a wonderful time with family and the residents. The staff and the music was incredible along with wonderful food. Many thanks to the folks running this facility and their staff!

I was directed to a link online for feedback: the page wouldn't accept my review, but was quick to offer me a gift card when I changed the rating to positive instead of disappointed, only to try to type what I wanted to say. Therefore, the reviews will be skewed to 100% positive through that avenue. I went to visit a resident here today. The staff and atmosphere was fine, and the visit was lovely, however the check-in process is lacking. There was another lady in a wheelchair who could not reach the camera to check out of the building, and the staff did not know how to accommodate her needs. The camera to sign in was also next to a coffee machine. They made me use the camera and step next to the coffee machine twice after I told them I have a life-threatening allergy to coffee beans. When we left, I went into anaphylaxis and had to use my epi-pen to make it to the ER in time. The staff needs to better understand reasonable accommodations and not to question people when they explain their situation. The only response I got was that I already walked through, so I must come back and stand there to check in. I now cannot safely return to visit. A very sad situation, indeed. I tried to "fix" my review, but it now says the link is expired.

Great professional staff. Everyone was always responsive to needs and often stopped by to check on mom on their way home. Facility stays clean and smells good, not an easy feat. Maintenance crew was wonderful, always immediately responding to requests. I would highly recommend 4 west to any family.
