Wonderful place.my grandma stays here. I love the orthopedic therapy and their willingness to check on her well being frequently. They truly make sure your loved one(s) are in good hands
The staff are always visible, very pleasant, and always ready to help. The only thing I’ve ever found lacking was the quality of the food. Very unappetizing and often cold When served. And a little more attention to those patients that have a hard time feeding themselves: such as cutting food into bite-size pieces and making sure the tray is easily accessible to the patient
After seeing the 3 star review via the internet, I was very worried that my husband and I didn’t choose the best rehab place for my 84 year old mother. But I can safely say this place is very nice! I was pleasantly surprised when I visited my mom. It smells good (no urine smell) and everything is tidy. The employees there have been nice, helpful and accommodating. And next door is Addison Place which is assisted living for seniors. It’s a wonderful little network designed with seniors in mind. Glad we found this place and gave them a chance.
I found Glastonbury facility to be awesome for my cousins rehabilitation. She is making progress from week to week. The staff has been accommodating and graceful. We are grateful !
We are very nervous about where my mother in-law is placed & it was a comfort to know that the cna Marie was so kind, knowledgeable, showed she cared for her & was very helpful with any and all of our questions & needs. The rehabilitation facility is clean & staff seems welcoming & kind. Beautiful gardens & patience seem happy over all.
