Staff members are helpful, and there are no unpleasant odors. Residents receive decent care, although nursing staff are complaining about the administration not allowing them to take vacations. The setup appears strange and not well thought out, as psychiatric residents are integrated with non-psychiatric ones.

I am extremely pleased with the care my husband is receiving at this facility. Most importantly, the empathy and caring that is shown by every member of the staff, from the cleaning crew, to the kitchen help, to all members of the patient care staff, is outstanding. I know that my husband is in good hands, and the care provided extends to all family members, as well.

My daughters need for nursing home placement was devastating. Edgehill has taken her under their wing and it's a great fit for her needs. Her safety is monitored and she gets compassionate care with her activities of daily living . The front desk staff is always attentive to family and patient needs. The best part of Edgehill's daily program are the activies. From weekly bingo, celebrating every holiday , music and dog therapy, the monthly calendar is jam packed with events to keep the residents occupied and stimulated. The staff makes it a priority to get to know the residents...One of the best days over the last year was the "Prom" day. There was a DJ, snacks, the Arcadia students were involved too. Edgehills activities director, Mary did a fabulous job bringing a smile to so many residents and their families! It made my heart light seeing them dance and having fun. Edgehill is a small intimate 'helping home'...a good fit for my daughter. Thank you for all the dedicated staff that make this happen!

We are very appreciative of the care our mother received while at Edgehill. After three weeks in the hospital our 94 year old mother was very ill. She was the most challenging patient possible because of her weight and complex medical problems. She could have been easily ignored and left for gone, but the kindness and dedication of the staff was truly outstanding and she was up and on her feet in three days! We were so lucky that Mom was surrounded by a wonderful professional caring team of aides, nurses, therapists and other specialists (in the social work, activities & dietary depts). Each person we met treated our mom with warmth and respect. The staff members always introduced themselves and consistently explained anything they were doing. Everyone listened to her and they always made certain our mom understood what was going on. They took our mom’s health concerns seriously and made certain she was well taken care of. We are especially grateful to the Physical therapy team and their encouragement to get our mother back on her feet. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at Edgehill ! Rita’s family

During Covid 19, and always they imprisoned their patients. Their excuse is that there is not enough nurse to walk with each patient. Elderly lose their leg muscle and become forced to poop in diaper. You are a fool to sign up for this place. A trap!
