THE VILLAS AT BROOKVIEW

The villas are so wonderful. I hated to leave.‼️‼️. The people there are some of the best‼️‼️ I can understand how they got their awards. They certainly deserve it. The first thing I noticed was how they cleaned and sanitized the rooms every morning. Everyone was so pleasant. It didn’t matter who was in the room. They were very helpful. I was drinking a lot of water and no matter who it was. They refilled my water for me with Ice. No matter what your need it was taken care of within minutes Food was incredible. Whoever made the food was some kind of chef.. You always got a selection which works out well because I’m on a salt free diet. There always end seem to be food on the tray that didn’t have much salt. The food was always interesting. The only thing about the food was the collard greens now they didn’t send me, but they gave me a lot of other food so no big deal. But I do like to experiment so I enjoyed trying them anyway. Had the best Hot dog ever with what tasted like homemade sauerkraut. Just about everything tasted homemade.For the week that I was there, there was never a repeat food. Who would’ve thought that I could have such a happy time in a rehab.‼️‼️‼️. I’m really gonna miss all of the People. I would list all their names but I’m not good at remembering names. I would give them a 10+ Rating.

My sister Jane was there on hospice care. The first day or 2 were a little rough, but things smoothed out quickly. The staff were accessible and friendly. They came to love Jane. Toward the end, they were extremely attentive to us as a family. Offered snacks and coffee. Kept us replenished during the last 2 days. There were a lot of us coming and going. Never a harsh word about how many of us there were. The room was huge and accommodated us nicely. Wonderful experience!

Thank you to the caring and hard working staff. My husband was there for transitional care for 10 days. It took a day for his schedule and care to be worked out, but past that, all went extremely well. We are in awe of how hard working they all are and how they worked together to make sure he was taken care of. We hope they know how much we appreciate the extreme effort they made to get him on the road to recovery. To each of you (and you know who you are!), we send our appreciation.

It was a great experience. I want to say that you have to come visit to understand the commitment of these care workers. Everyone involved with my father’s care was exceptional. From the administration to the laundry to the cooks to the physical therapy, The Doctors, The Nurses. I would recommend with no hesitation. They care and that is what makes a Transitional Care Unit . My husband has been staying at this facility for a week so far for short term rehab and dialysis needs. His room is clean and well decorated. They know what they are doing with his medications. The staff are friendly and answer call lights promptly. Dialysis has gone well, and they know what a renal diet is. His PT and OT is going well. I have no complaints about this place.
