Granada Hills Care Center took incredible care of my dad during his short-term rehabilitation stay, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment he was admitted, the staff made sure he felt safe, comfortable, and supported throughout his recovery process. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference for both him and our family. The admissions team was efficient and welcoming, guiding us through every step with compassion. The social services staff was always available to answer questions and help coordinate care, which gave us so much peace of mind. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my dad’s needs were met and that we were kept in the loop every step of the way. My dad especially appreciated the activities and the friendly atmosphere throughout the facility. It kept him engaged, lifted his spirits, and helped make his time there a lot more pleasant. It’s clear that the team puts thought and heart into creating a supportive and healing environment. I also want to commend the administration for running the center so smoothly. Everything—from the nursing care to daily routines to cleaning the place—was well-organized and professional. Thank you to the entire staff at Granada Hills Care Center for giving my dad such excellent care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of short-term rehab or nursing support.

Thank you over and over for helping me after my Knee surgery. I just wanted to say to all the staff at granada hills care center, Thank You! Because of you im back to playing my golf. I couldn't have been more lucky after my surgery to find this little hidden gem. The place is clean, and night and day difference from the other place i stayed last year for my other surgery. This place is attentive, helped manage my pain and got me back to golfing. They really go above and beyond. The customer service was wonderful and the food was good too. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Granada hills care center for my elderly parent, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism they provided. From the moment we first contacted them, their staff was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored a care plan that was perfect for our situation. The caregivers were punctual, respectful, and genuinely caring. They not only provided excellent medical care but also engaged my parent in meaningful activities, ensuring both physical and emotional well-being. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Communication was always clear and prompt, and they kept us informed every step of the way. It was evident that the staff truly cared about the well-being of their clients, and it gave us peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such good hands. I highly recommend Granada hills care center to anyone in need of home care services. Their dedication to providing high-quality care and their compassionate approach make them stand out in the field.

My elderly father stayed here several weeks while recovering from a near-death medical emergency. The staff are excellent and cared about my father's emotional and physical well being. The food was tasty, he really liked it, and very healthy even for his diabetic diet. The building is older, but don't let that fool you. My father stayed at a fancier-looking rehab a few years ago just a couple miles away. But he told me several times he preferred his stay in Granada Hills Care Center, saying the staff were all really nice. They often encouraged him when he practiced walking down the hallways. Whenever I had questions about his progress, the nurse scheduled a meeting with me so we could discuss everything and all my questions were answered. When I visited him, we met in the nice green garden outside, which is a very nice touch, so much nicer than him saying inside all the time. Residents are allowed to go outside into the garden with fresh air. The physical therapy was super helpful, I met the therapist several times and really appreciate the quality care he gave my father. If dad needs to go to rehab again, I will take him back to this facility.
