LIFE CARE CENTER OF GRANDVIEW

My Mother (C. Bumpus) recently came to this facility for rehab. I must say they were wonderful to her. They took very good care of her. She felt welcomed and heard. The staff stayed professional, nice and tended to her needs, they worked well as a team. She has NEVER liked a facility until she came to Life Care Center of Grandview. When you decide it is time and it is needed, to place your family member in a home, it’s never an easy decision to make. I did my research and visited MANY facilities. The team at Life Care has delivered on every promise they made to me. Every time I visit, my family tells me they are happy here and that the people treat them well. The lines of communication are open. They treat people with dignity and respect. I beleive they address staffing issues and hold people accountable. My trust has been granted and they have lived up to keeping it.

They do not care about the patient or family. Difficult working with Karima in admissions. After 2 weeks and several follow ups they finally communicated that they couldn’t take my brother and provided no explanation and weren’t willing to discuss or allow us to ask questions.

I absolutely love this facility. MY loved one is very well taken care of and the staff is SUPER professional and very caring. Big shout out to all the staff at Grandview LIfe Care Center. You help me to not worry night and day about my LO because I know he in GREAT hands!

At first I was skeptical of this place based on some reviews, I had a few hiccups at first however after about 1 week being at this place they treated my Aunt with such kindness and care if I have questions or concerns they are addressed as needed. My Aunt loves this place and they are very kind, the nurse's aide in the evening named Debbie who is at the Nurse's Station when I come to visit is so sweet and amazing and appreciate her along with the Soical Services Staff making this experience overall great thus so far. So hats off to everyone for again making this temporary placement for my Aunt a comfortable away from home, home for now. Great Job as I know it's hard to please everyone doing this type of work they do but so far I feel good going to sleep at night knowing she is good hands at your facility. Thank You.♥️
