BRICKYARD HEALTHCARE - BRANDYWINE CARE CENTER

This place hires ANYONE... That much is very clear by the condition most of their employees are in. This place is disgusting, absolutely not at all clean, smells of urine. We witnessed 2 people being completely ignored when we were there. One was rolling down a hallway trying to catch up to a lady asking for assistance as she giggled and walked faster. Sickening. They tried sending a relative of mine here and once we got there, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Anyone who can "work" in this place is just as much of a joke as this place. Don't even bother! Walk in... walk around a minute... even doordashers don't want to walk into that place... they change the name around because their reputation speaks for itself for their establishment AS WELL as the terrible workers. No idea how anyone would leave their family member here... go ahead, Google about this place. Needs condemned and definitely needs MAJORITY of new employees. One certified wiper seemed to be under the influence herself.

Very unorganized. Ignored my loved one. Never a call back. No answer for all the wrong they are doing. Due to their negligence Medicare refuses to pay for another facility. Due to their negligence our loved one is not getting the physical therapy they need. And to this company....what good would it do to email your company for answers when you do not answer the phone.

The healthcare team at this facility is Bar None above board! The heart they have for their residents and the families Shines on a daily. the entire team from leadership down works together to provide the best experience for each one of their residents. As a hospice partner in this facility I can speak to the teamwork and dedication that they have in providing the best quality of care from start to finish whether you're there long-term or rehab Thank you for everything you do to make a difference in the community you serve!

I LOVEEEE BRANDYWINE! Such a loving and respectable facility! The staff is always friendly, nice, and willing to help. The welcome feeling I get when I walk in the door is why I love the facility the most!

Everyone wants to trust that their loved ones are in good, responsible, proactive hands. This facility did not provide that kind of care for my loved one. Our family had to be in constant micro-manage mode to ensure our loved one got the medications she was prescribed, checked on regularly, and that her test and lab results were followed up on in a timely manner. Calls were repeatedly disconnected making it a 20 minute ordeal just to reach someone to talk to (even during normal business hours). Those working said they would call us back on several different occasions, and that didn’t happen. Seems like there is some serious disorganization that is negatively impacting the level of care at this facility.
