Wonderful nursing home. Everyone is very kind and informative. Highly recommend for any skilled therapy or long-term needs. Bridget, that handles admissions is amazing and can help with all your needs. Can't brag enough on her and the Administrator!

Wouldn't send my worst enemies grandma here. Only a handful of staff actucally give a hoot about the patients. Patients are left to sit in filth for hours. Broken equipment in rooms and almost zero cleaning . The floor was sticky in my father's room for weeks. If I could give negative stars I would . If you care a single iota about your loved one dont send them here

My Grandmother spent about 12 years at the facility. She recently passed on a Friday and me being the next of kin asked if I could come by on Monday to collect her belongings and they agree to it. When I showed up on Monday morning all of my Grandmother belongings were in a trash bag, just like they were taking out the trash. My grandmother was more than trash, but they didn’t care. She also had a gold necklace with a cross that the home took from her and now they can’t find it, their excuse was that they had several new administration since they received the necklace. (No excuse) Over the years her teeth and glasses came up missing. On Monday Aug 1, 2025 I went to the Administrative office to close out her accounts and I was able to get a printout of what the amount the home owed the family and the Administrative told me that She would have a check cut in TWO days, I went back on That Thursday and the same administrative told me that she would have the check on Friday. After my Grandmother funeral on Friday, I went back up there and now she said that she never stated that she would have the check cut on Friday and they were very rude. Every time that I have dealt with the Administration they have been extremely rude.

One of the best nursing homes in the area. Clean, respectful, responsive and caring. Staff is polite, kind and knowledgeable especially the DON and Bridget Brickles in the business department.

My mother almost died and they acted like nothing was wrong after multiple talks. They're not attentive and will lie to you about what's going on. Stay on top of checking on your loved ones. Do not send your loved ones here. It's a death trap. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
