ALTERCARE OF HARTVILLE CTR FOR

I am in charge of the Senior programming at the Lake Community YMCA and Altercare of Hartville is absolutely wonderful! They have been a huge supporter of the active older adult community here at the Lake Community YMCA. They have provided lunches, speakers, give-a-ways and important information to our members! The staff is so friendly and caring! We have had several doctors who have come in to do talks to our group verify that Altercare of Hartville does a fantastic job and they would highly recommend them! I have heard nothing but good things about their facility and staff!

Love the nurses, management and many STNA , they strive to uphold their mission statement, many employees dedicate time and effort to treat your loved ones with respect and care they deserve. Most of them will advocate for your loved ones with proper nursing judgement and teamwork. I wish the company would add something to their mission statement not only do they impact patients and residents but also family members. Not everyone knows how, or is capable to keep their loved ones safe, but with the help of kind, caring,compassionate people us family members can go to bed at night a little easier and a peace of mind knowing people go above and beyond to protect our loved ones. Not everyone is perfect we are all human and make mistakes at times, the thing about life is that not one person in this world knows everything especially in the medical field, but with compassion, teamwork, communication, leadership and the opportunity to care for your loved ones anything is possible!

My grandma has been here for a few years now. We visit frequently and are always pleased with the staff and the facilities. The staff always knows what is going on with her care and her room is always in order. I really appreciate this place.

I have more than a few years experience with this facility. They have cared for 3 family members, my aunt is a resident currently. I hear complaints, I do understand. This facility is not for everyone. There are no facilities that are best fits for everyone. As family, we ought to look closely and evaluate where our family should be. It won't be like our own home, but we should be able to trust the care given to our families. The staff is caring, the aides are awesome. My father wasn't able to be safe here, because of his condition. I knew it was true. The physical therapists are creative, Del is an amazing activities director. Christine, the social worker, you rock. I am very thankful for the care of this facility. If you disagree, then please show me a facility that isn't short-handed, small of urine at some time, or falls short of our expectations for the care of our family. Try doing 24/7 care, I know what it involves. We are blessed to have Altercare of Hartville.
