If you could give us zero star, I would definitely do this place is a joke filthy full of roaches zero compassion to the patients. Once you bring it to their attention instead of being part of the solution they threaten you and to top it off a RT slapped my love one not only that but room was fumigated with us inside now we’re in the ERwith infection, pneumonia and more complications please do yourself a favor and don’t get fooled and take your loved one to this place. If you really care for them as this place again is dirty filthy roaches smells urine and v with infection, pneumonia and more complications please do yourself a favor and don’t get fooled and take your loved one to this place. First and for most not even 1 star belongs on this skilled nursing home review, To Mrs. Herbert and to the rest of the reviews from caring family member's that expressed there concerns and complaints. Ombudsmen and The Health Dept of Los Angeles get these two great resources involved with your concerns and complaints. Trust me they already know Imperial Crest from there on going investigations. Another review i read stated they could not visit there loved one. "AGAINST THE LAW"

I am in this facility when I got here all the blankets were sticking someone here wash these clothes don't know how to wash clothes Plus I taking a shower came back to my room had lunch the lady put one diaper on me I got wet they kept it on me until 9:00 p.m. that night until they change me some of these nurses are very rude Plus some of them have stinky perfume on make sick I told the head nurse she didn't do nothing about it CNA don't have respect for patient here it's all about the money it's not about the patient Plus they food it's terrible most of the CNA from different country they just don't care they act like they on this place that's how I see it they had people that works here really don't know the CNA like they supposed to what kind of place is this I can't wait to get out of this place

Most Triflin facility!!! The nurses stole several things from my mom who is unable to speak and bed written. She caught sepsis there had a bed sore nurse lied about when I asked. N she is sick now which I had to point out to them. Im trying to get my mom moved asap 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 update to Aug 2021; Some of the staff members lack empathy and compassion like they don’t care because it’s not their family but then why are you in healthcare??? That’s a career where you should definitely have some compassion in your heart or get out of the field. 🤷🏽‍♀️💯. Now June 2022 I visit my mom on the 2nd and notice HER EYE WAS SWOLLEN ‼️😳 I look closer her hair is very tight‼️(mind u my mother can not tell you if her hair is too tight 🤦🏽‍♀️ )So the more I look I realize HER EYE IS PURPLE TOO‼️😳👀😢 A nightmare to go and see my mom with A BLACK EYE 😟😞😭😡🤬 ‼️ They never have an explanation, back in December she had a scratch on her forehead that I (MYSELF)noticed. They never notice! And before that back in 2017 I came 1 day and she had a scratch on her nose 👀🤦🏽‍♀️ now in December I brought it to the then social worker’s attention and she immediately wrote it off never looked into or questioned any of her staff! Watch out if you have family here 😢😞. Brought the black eye situation to the DON and she wrote me off. Never acknowledged my concerns or recognized the urgency all she likes to do is gossip and stand outside smoking cigarettes smh! Nobody takes anything seriously because it’s not their family member 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then today all the nurses on the side opposite of the sub acute tried to stop me from seeing my mom! Like how do you hate on someone visiting their mom!?!?!? Like the audacity ‼️ But it’s ok GOD SEES EVERYTHING 💯🙏🏽👀
