I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and respected. Every time I visit, the facility is clean, welcoming, and full of warmth. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Knowing that the DON, ADON, and social services are committed to providing safe and excellent health care, is heartwarming. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown every single day.
Ok here is my review on legacy.perhaps my old review was taken down to long. So let me try to make this short. Going on 9 months . So I'll use a school grades. Nurses A+ Aides A+ Cafeteria c to Maintenance and house keeping. Backbone of any business A+. My personal look now aides do their best. Now there are quite a few aides I don't remember all there names. Logan, Jayden, hard workers they check in on patients. Now before you loose your mind. They all do, but those are just 2 I remember off the top of my head. The aides are only as good as their leaders. The main director of nursing and her asst don. Good place to come to, at least I think so. If it wasn't I would of ask for a transfer. Look I seen those reviews😮💨. Everyplace has issues, however not to that extent. Take a tour of the place, if you are worried for a family member coming Now I can do one better. You take a tour, ask the nurse for me. I'll be happy to put your mind at rest. And look I said I was going to keep this short.maybe next time.
Terrible company! They don’t take care of the residents as needed. I came to visit my grandpa, and he his hygiene was terrible, hair was matter, and his mustache was long he struggle to eat because the hair was in his mouth. A lot of the nurses disregard anything the CNAs are telling them and they stay on their phones. I was not impressed and very upset. It also seems like there is a lot of drama I believe this company needs looked at asap! I will be contacting state soon.
My wife and I took our CYO youth group to the Legacy to distribute Christmas presents to the residents. I was let in by a young nurse who quickly got me masked up. Then assisted me in the sign in process. She next escorted me to the "TV" room so that I could finish with the gifts and wait for the rest of our group. Another nurse came and escorted us to each residents room. It was a heart warming experience to see the residents smile and laugh with us. I even got a new author and series to look into. The staff never once acted like we were a bother or taking too much time. Many Thanks to the staff and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
The residents are amazing Cnas are hard workers the DON is amazing the nurses need to listen to their Cnas as they spend more time with them than they do respect is earned not given
