The food is always cold. The nursing staff have no compassion, most of the good nurses have left to go to other facilities. There is a very high turnover here. I will not go into detail about my experience here because I'm afraid of the repercussions
I may receive.
I came to Sunrise for rehab- the people here are great and down to earth! Everyone was kind and good to me- I could not asked for any better. The therapy team was amazing, I could have asked for any better! They are very good at what they do, they had me up and Walking in 2 days.
This place was terrible the people here only lie to you to cover their butts and they change things around without telling anyone to fit their schedule instead of working with the patients I don’t know where these 5 star reviews are coming from I’d guess from the staff themselves or something but I truly don’t believe they deserve a 5 star review the only good thing about it is it’s clean that’s the only good thing about this place.
My father was admitted to Sunrise Manor for care after a dementia diagnosis at Baptist Health. He received excellent care from the office staff to nursing and all in between. Everyone was kind and compassionate not only to him, but also my mom and me, as we were there several days a week to visit.
I highly recommend this facility to anyone for a loved one.
