Candice is truly committed to helping families have the best experience possible. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the things that matter most when it comes to caring for our loved ones, and she always makes sure we’re informed and supported. My dad is a veteran who is paralyzed on his entire left side, and I can honestly say I feel completely comfortable knowing he is surrounded by staff who care—and who get things done. Candice is a big part of that. She has shown genuine compassion, dedication, and professionalism in every interaction. She is the very reason I will always choose to bring my dad to this facility, whether it’s for therapy or respite care. Candice, you are truly a wonderful person who cares about people, not just the job you do. Thank you for making such a difference in our lives.”

I have enjoyed the experience of being helped to get well. The nurses and - All the others helped me get well enough to go home. Even when I did not feel well they helped me to get through the rough spots. I would definitely recommend Aspires people for recovery My social worker Candice has been very good at keeping in touch with me and making sure everything has been taken care of. My aunt had to stay at this facility for 3 weeks and from day 1 everyone was so welcoming, very helpful, and most of all friendly. Lucinda was our day one welcome person. She’s so full of life and positivity. She surely made an unknown and nervous situation a lot better for us. Cocoa was our next most helpful and very attentive to my aunts needs. My aunt complimented her often about the great care she provided. Lastly we would like to thank Gwen….she always had a status update for us when we came in….she kept us very informed about how my aunts day went and what we could expect going forward. Gwen had the most beautiful smile and a friendly demeanor. We would like to really thank these 3 ladies for all they did and for the amazing care they provided for our aunt. My mother was placed here for Rehabilitation after a neck/spinal cord injury, We had an over all "Great" experience! It could have been "Wonderful" or even "Phenomenal". This facility is after all a Care Facilty/ Nursing Home. We had just a few "bad" experiences throughout her stay. When we brought this up the administration went above and beyond to correct everything. The overall nursing staff and those that provide the nurses with support are PHENOMENAL! The"good" nurses and their support staff went above and beyond to care for my mother. The few "bad" nurses were horrible! I do recommend this facility if you are available to be active in the care of your loved one. The grounds are beautiful and a very soothing and comforting!

I would give Candice 10 stars if I could! She did great with my sister’s discharge needs. CNA staff 100 hall were good also.
