The staff is friendly and helpful. My father’s nurse was very informative and helpful. The setting and environment was very stimulating. I really enjoyed the bigs coloring pages along the corridor I couldn’t resist I colored apart of the flower. I found this to be unique and interesting. The portraits hanging on the wall were very nice
I found the patient resting comfortably. She expressed satisfaction in her meals and room service. I visited on Sunday morning so I didn't encounter or dialogue with staff.
This is my first visit to see my dad for rehab. Everyone I communicated with today is very nice. His room looked clean and he has not been neglected. I like the fact they use a computerized safe access in the lobby before you visit a patient.
A family member was here for rehab and the staff was just wonderful and helpful. Every staff member we passed in the halls was friendly and greeted us every time they saw us. The other residents were moving about the halls conversing with each other and various staff members everyday. They seem to have lots of activities for everyone and the rehab therapy is actual therapy not just the least amount required. My family member went from mostly wheelchair confined to walking throughout the whole facility with just a walker. We were moving to another state and everyone there helped us get a lot of help setup for the other state. I really appreciate all the help and care they gave our family member and us.
The staff was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and attentive to her needs this morning! Her only need that was not met at breakfast was, they ran out of milk for her oatmeal! Job well done!
