All though the staff is very nice but they dont give meds on time and its seems they dont have the staff capacity to keep up with all patients needs housekeeping is not very well my father has been in there only 2 and a half weeks done got sepsis because they did not take care of his kidney catheter like they should have but if you do have a family member go there make sure you keep a close eye on them yourself or I fear that something bad might happen to somebody one day
A fun and inviting place for residents to call home. I am so impressed by the updates and smiling staff.
This place is fabulous!!!! Everyone here has a very good work ethic and are very friendly and they take time with the patients to make sure they are meeting the patient’s needs. Every department is involved with this goal. I met all the department heads and each one was great. I can’t get over how everyone oink this place knows your name and greet you by your name each time they see you. How many rehab and nursing homes can meet that standard? I would guess precious few. I would recommend this center to everyone. Everyone is excellent at their job and seem to love
their.
My mother-in-law lives here. My husband and I are very impressed with the facility and especially the staff.
They are excellent at proactive communication with the family which is especially important to her son as we live in Maryland.
We’re very pleased with her care.
My 4 children and myself went to visit with and eat Thanksgiving dinner with my mom. We had an amazing time. It was so nice to be able to set down and enjoy the holiday dinner with my mom. The staff was so helpful and helped me with all 4 of my kids get their plates and food served. I also was pleased with the beautiful balloon arch they setup for photos. It was good to meet more of the amazing staff that dedicate their lives to helping their residents. We will most definitely be attending more events at HHR in the future. I feel that the director and all the staff do all they can to make our lives easier by taking care of our loved ones. God bless them all
