I absolutely cannot say enough great things about this facility. Every single employee here is here for the right reason. The CEO knows the names of the patients and is involved with them too. The rehab has helped my FIL tremendously!
Great staff who treated me with care for my nine day stay post hospital. They were very considerate of my comfort and needs. I highly recommend Grayson to anyone. I will miss my sweet friends on staff there.
Absolutely horrible place and I can't recommend enough that you STAY AWAY form here. Save yourself
This place is a joke! They treat their employees like trash unless your in their “click” the DON has the personality of a fence post and never takes care of anything, they let a lot of employees get away with being 30 minutes to an hour late to work and no punishment is done about it! The administrator does nothing but sit in his office, flirt with female staff and never speaks to the residents! The head of maintenance is lazy and never does a thing, they had to hire him an “assistant” who does all the work! If there is a leak on the ceiling the head of maintenance just spray paints it white to cover the brown spot, if something tears up he’ll blame you for it. House keeping doesn’t exist it always looks like a mess. I’d never let my parents stay in such a place! Needs new office heads and a renovation! That’s all.
If you love your loved one do not send them to this horrible place! Staff do not do anything but stand at nurses desk on phones. No one brushes their hair or teeth. They are hateful and uncaring. They sit in the dark at night-Noone trys to feed them-my parent lost over 15 pounds in one month. A DR never checks them-they wear a diaper 24/7 because no one comes when they push a button for help.
There may be one bottle of sanitizer in the place.
