My dad did a 3 week stay at Lake Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after he had a stroke. The care he received was wonderful. The staff were caring, engaging, and helpful. The social worker, Meghan, was incredibly kind, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood processes and how to get in touch with her. Most everyone I encountered there was friendly and willing to assist when we had questions or needs. Very pleased.

Firstly I'd like to praise the occupational and physical therapy group. These people really care about their patients. (Jay, Cassie, Michael, Christina, Mike and others whose names elude me,,, I'm so grateful) The nursing staff were always available to answer all my questions and checked in on me above and beyond my expectations. The folks who brought me my medications, (shout out to Aman), were friendly and willing to listen to my many questions. Even the people who brought my food were caring and always willing to get me answers if they didn'tknow them, (shout out to Doh, probably spelled wrong). Special thanks to Meghan for extra help every step of my stay here. I didn't come here for a vacation. I came for rehab and an education on how I can live a more healthy life and to help me on the road to a full recovery. I got that and more. I'll miss these caring and competent people. 5 stars , I'm lucky that I chose Lake Park.

The care I received at Lake Park was excellent. The nursing staff made my stay there that much better. They frequently went out of their way and went the extra mile. I so appreciate all that they did. I definitely would recommend Lake Park and would choose it again if I ever need to. The PT team was fantastic. They stayed on top of me and supported me every step of the way. I made great progress because of them. Overall what I observed was sincere caring for the elderly population. Hats off to the entire staff. Judith Cohen, R.N.

You put my grandfather in a bed full of literal bugs. Are you out of your minds!! He told you and you just left him there. He told you, you saw the bugs, shrugged and walked out. That is psychopathic. Thank GOD we visited him the first day he was there. Ive already spoke with a Union County Deputy. Tomorrow, I will file a complaint with the medical board. I will be calling DSS Adult protective services. Council on Aging. The Health Dept. You better believe this is about be all over FaceBook, and Freaking WBTV if they choose to listen. Shining a light on your elder abuse just became my new hobby. Oh and Yea I almost forgot.. I have photos to prove it all.

I’m concerned about that little party they going to get for their patients not falling, ESPECIALLY when they dropped drastically from 6 people falling to 2 in a week, like are they cheating and taking shortcuts with their PT patients and not letting them walk on their own so that the people don’t fall so they can get rewarded for being “the best”? Like are they only picking people who they know for sure can walk who won’t fall and, are these people getting PT only once a month? That makes me concerned about how often they get PT, is my grandpa going to just sit there in his bed for the 20 days because they want a pizza party and don’t want him to fall and ruin their score? If so they shoulda left him in the hospital if he can’t walk.
