What a great place to send your family members that needs placement. Ms. Rosie and her beautiful staff that worked diligently with my mother and helped her to move in a housing facility. Ms roise help me on a one phone call away. She came running to rescuing, without her help, I would not know what I would have done. Thank you. 😊

My brother was a patient at Primrose for 7 months, which due to circumstances, I had to facilitate from another state. The long distance made it very difficult. Rosie's attention and compassion that she showed to him by was a Godsend! From day one she was very responsive to his needs, fears and concerns that it gave me and my family a great deal of comfort knowing that he had an advocate in our absence that showed true professionalism. He has now been discharged to a local ALF for a more permanent residence. Rosie was instrumental in getting that accomplished. Her personal interactions with my brother have made a huge difference in his predicament and outlook. I know that she is not the only employee at Primrose but she does shine very brightly. Her dedication should be recognized and highly valued by Primrose!! She is an example to be followed by all in the health care industry. Thank you sooo much Rosie!!!!

The absolute worst place to send an elderly person. This is a feeder rehab that the Veterans Administration sends Veterans. Yet they get treated terribly with no respect. Why is Tania Pineda writing a review for the company she works for. That speaks volumes. My father almost died in their care. They fed him salt and denied him liquids. He was extremely dehydrated; had delirium and sky rocketing sodium that caused him to be in the ICU for weeks. This place is a dungeon. Avoid it at any cost. I have personally reported this death mill to the health department and the VA has informed me they are under investigation.

The facility staff are professional. Caring. Thoughtful. They make sure the patients are comfortable and attends their needs with ease and grace. The staff again are Outstanding-Caring and supportive!!! This is one of the BEST care facilities I have witness during my mother’s stay. I’ve been shadowing my mother at multiple facilities for more than 20 years.
