My husband and I are active seniors in our 70’s. We wanted to do our children a favor by being proactive about downsizing our life. We decided to find a retirement community that would supply our current need for comfortable independent living, but also offer other types of care for the future — assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. We are so happy to have found everything we desire in a senior community at Regents Point in Irvine. We are now living in a beautiful apartment that was remodeled to our specifications. The staff and other residents have proven to be very friendly and helpful. There is a strong feeling of community here. The amenities include a fitness center, library, a full service dining room (plus a separate Bistro), outdoor pool, lawn bowling and a putting green. The days are filled with a wide variety of activities. An added plus is the close proximity to the University of California, Irvine and Regents Point is adjacent to the beautiful Mason Regional Park for leisurely walks. We highly recommend Regents Point to any senior who is ready to find a welcoming home and community of friends.

Thanks for this opportunity to share my thoughts of Regent Point. I live here and consider RP as my home. When I chose this place it was because I found both the staff and residents loving this place. A nice combination to find success in my choice. Starting with the professionalism and friendliness another nice combination. I especially wish to thank Ms. Miliena Vo Who is very resourceful, polite, reliable and dependable, expeditious, and easy to talk to. It’s nice to see her smiling face and willing attitude to find solutions to any issue. For her, multitasking is a great asset. Great kudos for being in the front line that new people encounter ad they walk in. From: Dr. Nida Fernández-Flynn 10/5/2025

Regents Point is a gem in the heart of Irvine. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the community feels welcoming and vibrant. The villas offer some of the most stunning views I have ever seen at a senior living community.

We have lived at Regents Point now for 2 1/2 years. It truly is a continuing care (or life plan - 2 terms for the same thing) community, with all phases of care compassionately and enthusiastically provided for. We have found all the staff and most residents to be extremely friendly. We moved here from a 55-and-over independent living community (no health care component) and the diffference is astounding: there people didn't know most others; those they did, they seemed to dislike. Here, everyone gets along, there are an average of 7 things to each day - trips, lectures, exercise, sports, games, Bible studies. The staff bends over backwards to try to please everyone. We've made lots of friends here, we like the restaurant which is a great way to get to know others and exchange stories. Each of us can do as much or as little as we like.

A couple things stand out at Regents Point. First is its culture of caring, communication (up, down and among residents), inclusion and respect. Second is the quality of residents, their high education level, openness toward newcomers and willingness to get involved. Third is the variety of activities available. Fourth is the commitment of management and team members to create a friendly, interesting life style for all of its residents. It's like living with an extended family.
