WESTBURY CENTER OF JACKSON FOR NURSING AND HEALING

Westbury Center of Jackson really went all out for their residents. I love the time I get to spend with my brother who is there. They take great care of him. This is Carol Walker sister to David Bishop ( who is a resident of Westbury)

Kudos to the entire Westbury Jackson Rehabilitation department for their exceptional teamwork. The collaboration and positive energy they bring every day create an environment that inspires both patients and colleagues. The compassionate care and tireless commitment have resulted in a remarkable recovery for me and a significantly improved quality of life. Thanks to the Team for consistently going above and beyond.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. Very good to my father. This is the second time my father has came here in last 2 years. He is 86 years old and has fell twice. He had broken his hip and they were wonderful nursing him back to health. The physical therapy is GREAT and getting him back on his feet this time! Robin Stevens 5 stars!!!

This facility is the rudest facility. They transported my aunt without notifying my mom. My mom was on the call list and was put down to be the first notified. When she went to see her they just looked at her and wouldn't give her information. The group of nurses were smirking at one another as my mom asked about her sister. They would not give her a straight answer as to her where abouts. One said they didn't have a bed for her. She had been up there a couple of months, She had a bed! My mom clearly upset, walked out and started calling hospitals all around. For hours she tried to locate her sister. Finally she called her phone and a man answered. It was the paramedic. My aunts phone had fallen on the floor of the bus. He was very polite and informed my mom where they took my aunt. This is supposed to be a caring facility, instead they could care less. The way they treated MY mom proves that and she was only a visitor. Just imagine how they treat the residents. Who with a heart would let an 80 year old woman leave without telling her ANYTHING about her sister? Thats right, NOBODY with a heart! So that tells you what you need to know about this place. Compassion is not high on their priority list for your loved one or for you.

My mother has been here almost 2 weeks and I have nothing but compliments and kudos to every single staff member I have encountered in person,or by phone. Professionalism at it highest. I will recommend this facility to anyone in need of a rehabilitation center to care for you or your loved one. My mother is always in great, positive spirits and has not one bad thing to say about any of her attending staff of PT as well. Improvement is progressing as expected !
