I have been here twice now to visit a friend. The people there have really been nice. I use a medical scooter to get around . They are there to open and close doors for me without asking. I am also deaf so they have taken . the time to show me what I need to know or where to go. I have only been on one shift but the times I have gone there has been different people there and they are all very curious and helpful to me and my friend who is staying there right now. It is not far from the main bus route and that makes it very difficult say to get to. If I had to go somewhere for rehab I would not mind going to Palm Gardens.
It was quick and easy to check into Palm Gardens. After the first time sign in you are recognized it knows who you are visiting. To answer a yes or no question, there were only two, all you had to do was move your head. Your picture is taken and it prints out a visitors pass. Awesome!
My husband recently spent 25 days here recovering from foot surgery. The whole process from admission to discharge was pleasant and professional. The therapists, nurses and CNAs, and all employees were excellent. Our social worker, Michele was there every step of the way to meet his needs and mine. We highly recommend Palm Garden.
A very special thanks to our professional executive director Mrs. Kenyonn, our hard working blessing behind the scenes Ms. Jackie in Human Resources, Ms. Tasha over the housekeeping department, our hard working nurses, cna’s, physical therapy team, business department, and kitchen, God bless you for all of the great things you do, last but certainly not least Ms. Tequila and Ms. Elasia my true mentors in the medical field as I continue to learn from them and never give up on growing at Palm Garden!
