This nursing facility has a great therapy dept and is clean! The menu options are top notch. The activities dept always have fun things going on. I’ve witnessed all staff be friendly and caring to its residents! I would definitely recommend this facility.

If you are looking for a nursing home facility , please check out JC Manor. There variety of care makes it suitable for individuals with diverse needs and health conditions. Your care is a blessing. The work all the staff provides in caring for their patients is often difficult and so, so important. They make a hard time in your life much more peaceful. I’m so thankful for the compassion and warmth they give their patients.

My nana was here for about 3 months (she got out yesterday) she absolutely loved it there! The staff were wonderful to her. The room she was in was fairly big and a lot nicer than the place she was last in. She made friends with the staff and the other residents. I personally would choose here if i were to have to go into a home one day. The staff made us feel like family when we were visiting. Star was my favorite out of all the staff she would make conversations with us and always checked in. Star was definitely my favorite out of all the staff. This place definitely deserves more than its current rating.

My mother was a resident at this facility. To say it is poorly run is an understatement. These people should have their license revoked. It is a revolving door for nurses and staff. The facility doctor rubber stamps patient care. Their rehab staff are incompetent. It is nothing more than a elder warehouse. Ultimately their mistakes contributed to my mothers death. If you care about your loved one don't put them in this facility. People writing positive reviews must have some financial incentive. Don't believe them. Try and get someone to do a simple task like just answer their phone. On one occasion I called 4 times and the people answering said it was their first day there and had no idea how to transfer a phone. Much of the nursing staff are contract day nurses. You can never speak to the facility doctor. The management is rude and condescending. My Mother was admitted without ever doing a proper intake or evaluation. Yes, reporting them to every agency that will listen. When I realized it was never going to improve I got her out of there but much of the damage was already done. There is a reason they have such low care ratings ... this is true elder abuse. Not surprised .. per your request tried to call but no one ever answers the phone or returns a message. There are multiple reasons you facility has such low ratings.

My father is a veteran. He is staying there for therapy, and will be released soon. The staff has been great. Every single one of them smiling and friendly every time I have visited. I have zero concerns regarding the care they are providing to him. The physical therapy was life changing for my father and I cannot thank them enough. Working in a senior living facility is not a glamorous job, and I am so appreciative of the work they are doing.
