After staying at the center, with my mother, for five days I found the facility to be clean and in good repair. The food is good. All the staff, mainly Freddy, the two nurses who go by the name Sue, Vance, and big John are phenomenal. Everyone is respectful, responsive, and gentle.

They took very good care of my sister. My only complaint would be that when she was transferred out for family convenience (closer to family),her helmet that is needed did not arrive with her at the new facility, even though I called that morning to remind them to make sure it was with her.
