The admissions process at Peace Care St Joseph’s is exceptional. My mother was admitted last night and the registered nurse and nurses aid were very attentive to my mother’s needs and answered all of my questions. I am comfortable that she will be well taken care of.

Great facility! Picked up a shift since I was in the area visiting family. Staff was helpful and the facility was super clean. I will be returning.

A well managed operation with clear indications of compliant quality control. The facilities were clean, orderly, and the staff were well mannered and trained. I highly recommend Peace Care St. Josephs.

DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE !! My Grandmother Was In this facility for 2 weeks and the care she received was ridiculous and outrageous. It’s Very disappointing on the level of care I witnessed my grandmother and other patients receive. The staff had No compassion for my grandmother who had dementia and is incontinence, they could care less. They would leave my grandmother in her feces and in a wet diaper/ bed and wait till I come to Change her myself. They do the BARE MINIMUM here. I’m cleaning my grandmother and I gotta change the bed sheets because they’re NO HELP. I pulled the string for assistance in the bathroom once and the lady came 15 mins later & stood by the door and said “ oh you got this, can you just turn the red button off for me”. I replied “ no I don’t got this and I need help that’s why I pulled the string” she didn’t say anything just stood there and watched me so I asked “ why everyday I come my grandmother sitting in a bed full of urine and a full diaper and I gotta come clean/change her everyday ? What are you here for if your not Helping” and the nurses and nurse aids literally had the audacity to say “ we waited for you to come change her, she likes when you do it” like excuse me isn’t this why you’re here? She has dementia and is incontinence and can’t even walk/ sit up on her own she literally needs care around the clock but got zero assistance. They would tell my grandmother in front of me “ you’re gonna get us in trouble by your grandkids”. As if it’s her fault why I’m questioning them and their capabilities to even care for grandma let alone for them not doing their job. . I was even there when not 1 but 2 elderly patients there FELL due to not getting any assistance or help from the staff. It’s crazy beacuse the nurse who was right there didn’t even help the patient get up. She called forONE aid help the person get up meanwhile the head nurse walked alway and gave no assistance. If this is how the 1st floor treats the Patients I can’t even imagine how the rest the the floors are being treated. And when my grandma did leave they didn’t set up the correct transportation nor did they put in the order for her medical supplies at home which was supposed to come before my grandmother even left this facility. It’s DISGUSTING how as me and grandmother are on the elevator leaving the head nurse said to us as the doors are closing “ don’t come back here “ I replied “trust me she won’t y’all need to be shut down.” Please if you love and care for your sister, brother, mom, grandmother, etc. like I do. DO NOT send them here. Keep them home or pick a different facility. Definitely would never recommend this facility to ANYONE. I do hope staff learn how to care for these patients with care and compassion, they’re human too and deserves the BEST care especially at their age but all I witnessed was Neglect and no care in the world for these patients and it’s very sad and disappointing.
