Reviews
From the time we entered Ross Memorial, we were welcomed by Concierge, Darlene, who showed us around and informed us of what they do. Other Concierges who are also wonderful and helpful are Ashley and Joyce. Our mother received excellent care from their LPNs Manny and Patrice. Aleah, CNA, was always encouraging mom with kind words as she bathed and dressed our mom. Ellen, Priscilla, and Karen always managed to get mom up for PT/OT to help improve her mobility. As did Morgan, who was always happy transporting mom down the hall. Mom's laundry was labeled, and always taken good care of by Guadeloupe and her team. They have a great system for keeping up with the laundry. Karen, nutritionist, made sure Mom's heart healthy diet was considered with the delicious and healthy meals. Dana, skilled nurse coordinator, and Sharika, FNP, also keep up with the nursing staff, making sure all needs are met. Our mom has been so well taken care of while here. We regret that mom is having to be moved to long term care, but Ross Memorial has been a blessing to our mom and the family as we go through this next season in Mom's life. Thank you all at Ross Memorial.
UPDATE: After my father was discharged, I wanted to add some details. -the driver, Star, is excellent -the staff is very caring, and tries hard but are often overwhelmed and things get forgotten -dad is type-2 diabetic and it can be so busy there that getting his blood sugar checked was not as timely as it would have been at home -the admins push way too hard to have clients make a 5-star Google review as soon as dad was admitted, so much so that I was concerned dad may not get top notch care if we didn't Previous review below: They allow pet visits (with shot record) My 89yr old father, who lives alone, had hip surgery and needs to regain strength before returning home. Ross’ staff is welcoming and made every effort to help us become familiar with their facility. The very considerate nurse Manisha has the perfect demeanor for patients that are anxious about their recovery. The concierge team: Joyce, Ashley and Darlene are well able to help families with questions regarding patient care and facility processes. My father seems pleased with the daily routine, and expects to be here a bit longer. We hope Ross continues to promote positivity while he’s there. Did I mention they allow pets? :-)
Update: 11/16/25 My husband's stay here at Ross has been delightful from day one with the assistance of concierge Darlene. Also would like to acknowledge Therapist CJ he has been tremendous!!! The CNA'S on the 2nd & 3rd shift really had my back forgive me for not knowing all the names, but they know who they are and we really appreciate them! Ross memorial concierge services have been great Darlene & Joyce are so helpful we appreciate the assistance! Therapy with CJ has been Magnificent!
When I needed a rehab facility because of a fractured back, friends highly recommended Ross Memorial where the wife had stayed for 60 days in 2024. I've been here for the past 4 weeks and my experience has been excellent. There are many things about Ross Memorial that I have appreciated that have helped me on my road to recovery. The two most important things to me have been how friendly and caring the entire staff is: the CNAs, Nurses, PT, kitchen staff, recreation, office staff and even maintenance! The other thing that I noted and really appreciated is how clean they keep the facility!!! Everyone works together and it's a real team approach! The food is tasty too. All of these things/people work together so the patients can heal as quickly as possible. I am looking forward to the next phase of my recovery, but I will miss the wonderful people I encountered along the way at Ross. To each and every one of you, I would like to say a heartfelt "Thank you!" 💖👍🏻🥰
My mother had a great experience during her 5 1/2 week stay at Ross. The staff was awesome. Everyone in every area was friendly, caring and professional. My mother's very favorite was her nurse, Tracy. Tracy did a great job and was so caring. We both loved her. Also, the food was really good! Thank you so much!
