She supports her staff, listens to families, and ensures residents are treated with dignity and respect. The positive changes in the facility are a direct result of her hard work and dedication. Truly exceptional.

I have worked with the Lancashire for many years with my job and have always had the most positive experiences. My FIL is now a resident here and I could not be more pleased with the care he is receiving! The staff is so wonderful and kind to him. Whenever we visit, the staff checks to make sure everything is going well and if there is anything additional my FIL needs. They don't just give him his medication or just provide care, but they take the time to visit with him, talk to him, learn about him and his life and that really means a lot to him and our family. He always says how happy he is there and how much he enjoys everyone. The NP and MD are both wonderful and take the time to answer questions and call with updates. They all truly care, and we can't thank everyone enough!

I have only wonderful things to say about the Lancashire Nursing and Convalescent Center in Kilmarnock, VA. My mother was a resident at the facility for 4 years following an aneurysm, where she was warmly welcomed and shown love by many of the staff. She told me that she had "many friends here", and that was so true. Mom had the benefit of a detailed physical therapy regimen, which helped her significantly gain confidence in regaining her mobility for a while. At 93, this was huge. Following PT, Mom continued to improve with a dedicated occupational therapist and, later, a speech therapist who treated her like family, as did all the staff. My sister and I felt relieved to know that Mom was in the place she needed to be for recovery, both physically and emotionally. I am very thankful for this wonderful facility and caring staff who went above and beyond for our Mom. ❤️
