Woods health services have a lovely staff who assist in any way they can. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They accommodate to your needs as much as they can and will uplift your spirits while doing so. Everyone we met was happy and friendly. I would recommend taking your loved one here.

If you are eager to receive an inheritance, bring your parents here. If you demand quality care for your parents stay clear of here. My mother was in “the Woods” for 48 hours. Until we called an ambulance to get her out of there. When my mother asked “which pills were what” she was told “ I don’t know, just take ‘em” When my mother arrived she had not pooped in 7 days, we asked “ please, can she have an anima as laxatives were not working. The entire next day we waited for their doctors approval for the anima, the approval never came. I went myself to Kaiser, obtained a note from here doctor and the anima medicine. When I presented it to CHARLENE at “the woods” I was told “ the letter from the doctor can only be received by fax. Do not send your loved ones into “THE WOODS”

Either they’re understaffed or some of the cna’s don’t want to work. Mother was left in soiled diapers multiple times and soaked through her clothes. Witnessed a cna come in twice saying she’d be back to change her then left for lunch leaving her dripping urine on the floor. Food is average. Physical therapists do a great job. Out of the multiple facilities my mother has stayed in, this one she couldn’t wait to leave. She felt picked on by staff and ignored. If referred here again I will refuse-Claremont Manor and Pilgrim Place are excellent but were full, unfortunately. Overall I was quite disappointed in their performance.

My mother experience in 1st week was very hectic and overwhelming dealing with medications. Nurses are very good but are understaffed. Sometimes late on giving medecine. Especially in weekend it's harder. But its good overall.
