The convalescent rehabilitation center is hands down, the most incredible establishment. I can not even begin to form the words for how grateful I am for each and every one of those on nursing team. With every single shift change, came an equally incredible human being. These people worked their tails off all hours of the day for the residents in their care. They gave my children visiting our beloved family member ice cream and popsicles. They gave my family member the utmost respect while he was in their care. They treated him as if he was their own family member. They all spoke to him on his way out of this world, as their own family member. Some staff prayed over him, some sat and spoke with him, and some just said everything without saying anything at all. I truly can't even express how grateful I am for this place. It's like each staff member was carefully selected for their positions. I didn't have a single poor experience there. A woman named Yessi (sorry for the misspelling) really stuck out to me on my family members last day here. She went above and beyond for him. She cleaned him up and spoke to him like he was still with us, treating him like a king. She groomed him with another team member and even laid him to his final resting position so beautifully I will never ever EVER forget her for this. She was so respectful in her duties, you would have thought he was still with us while she was talking to him, if she's not already in a management position, she should be for how incredibly she performed this task. They all set the bar so high for how I will expect anyone to care for a loved one ever again. I wish I remembered everyone's names. Just know that I will recommend this facility to anyone and everyone that needs extra care. Thank you everyone. I appreciate you all so much.

They cared for my uncle, my father-in-iaw and a good friend. All three received excellent care and, most importantly, were HAPPY until the end.

Both my parents lived and passed at Panarama Health & Rehab. I felt that the care, staff and quality was superior. Most of the staff has been there for years and I believe it is because it is such an exceptional place to work. They get to know their patients personally. I so did not want or accept the fact that my Mom needed and truly required full time care. But after moving her in her life actually improved. I was so in denial of her dementia, loneliness and also very scared while in her home alone. She blossomed at Panarama and enjoyed several good years there. I highly recommend this facility. If you want to feel your loved one is well cared for, this is the place to go!1

They stole my diamond earrings, $100 blanket, and my clothes. When they gave me a shower they dumped a bucket of water over my head. The nursing assistants were wearing my earrings but said their boyfriend bought it... that's a lie!

If you like your inquiries about possible placement for your disabled parent not being answered this is the place. I called Monday the 22nd of March and am still waiting for someone to return my call. This just shows me what type of care they must show their residents. They don't have the time to return a call to a family looking for a place that is more equipped to provide care for a disabled parent. It starts at the top. If office staff is lacking so are other areas in the facility. Im very disappointed and would rate them a minus 1 if I could.
