At Care & Rehab – Ladysmith, we provide many services including 24-hour skilled nursing, long-and short-term nursing, respite, post-surgical, hospice, memory, and Alzheimer’s care. Our facility strives to provide person-centered services, focused on individual needs. We respond to our residents’ needs with nurturing support, prompt attention and TLC they deserve. In addition to nursing care, we provide skilled therapy services to our residents/ patients on site through our therapy department. Our therapy department includes physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Care & Rehab – Ladysmith, Wisconsin Care & Rehab – Ladysmith residents enjoy the convenience of being attached to Rusk County Memorial Hospital and the Marshfield Clinic, which allows for in-house x-rays, lab services and medical appointments. A wide variety of recreational activities is also provided for residents to enjoy on a daily basis. Our facility provides resident support and advocacy; daily laundry; housekeeping services; and transportation coordination.
