ST. Mary's is a place I would never recommend sending your loved ones to live out the rest of there life. My brother just passed a couple of weeks ago from ST. Mary's they would tell us before he passed that Jimmy was like family and how much they loved him. The staff member there ask us to let them know when his funeral would take place and we told them after it was all arranged. Not one of them showed up for Jimmy's funeral not one, but the People from CARES showed up with tears in there eyes these are the people that truly cared about Jimmy and loved him. My wicked HALF sister took him out of there care not for what would be better for him but because she hated a couple of the management staff. and a year later he's dead from what we believe was the worst care he ever received. Even the people from Shineon showed up 5 of them and expressed how much they loved Jimmy. Please pick carefully where you put your loved ones to live out their remaining life. I will say there was a few at ST. Mary's that cared about Jimmy but when none of them showed up at his funeral spoke values to us. Bruce Lawson

I would like to thank Yong Li for his help with my husband's brother last Sunday, Sept 21. He was very kindly and very helpful getting our brother ready for a social outing that afternoon. He treats his patients with dignity and kindness. Nice to meet you, Yong!

As a daughter, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to St. Mary and their incredible team for the exceptional care they provided for my mom during her time there. From the start, the experience was far better than what some reviews might suggest. Heather, the nursing director, stood out as a true gem. Her responsiveness and genuine care for people were evident in every interaction. She’s like a ball of sunshine, bringing warmth and positivity to a situation that could have otherwise felt overwhelming. The nursing staff consistently went above and beyond. They were always available to provide updates and made sure I never felt rushed, no matter how many questions I had. Nurse Jenny, in particular, was remarkable—her knowledge and attentiveness reassured me every time I visited. While I don’t know the names of everyone who contributed to my mom’s care, I can confidently say that every staff member we encountered was wonderful. Thank you, St. Mary, for showing such compassion and professionalism during a difficult time for our family.

Very friendly, caring and helpful office staff, nurses, therapists, kitchen/dining room employees and cleaning staff. The food is good, with a wide variety. Family & visitors are made to feel welcome, and there are beverages available at no charge. The grounds are well kept with many flowers and plants, and there are 2 courtyards to sit and enjoy them.

Our Mom has been at St. Mary’s Healthcare Center in Lafayette,IN for almost 2 months. What a fantastic facility but the staff is even better! They strive to answer all the residents needs with alot of love and understanding. We couldn’t be more pleased with Mom’s care. The transition for her from being alone in an apartment with dementia to flourishing in a new environment while making new friends with the residents and staff is way above our expectations!
