I was a patient here in August this year. I came back today to visit my friends from PT who mean so much to me! They were kind, gentle, caring and without them and their expertise and encouragement I would not be where I am today, able to walk on my own! A big THANK YOU to Grace, Maria, Melissa, and Minna! We were very nervous about needing to send my 83 year old dad to a rehab facility after his surgery. We did our research on the few centers our insurance would approve. We chose Life Care because they had private rooms, the nurse to patient ratio was lower than other centers, and they allowed pet visits. We have been very pleased with the center. It is clean and everyone is so friendly. We have a big family and like to keep someone with my dad at all times. They have been very accommodating to our family. The staff is efficient and are very good at listening and understanding. His physical therapy sessions have been rigorous enough to help him recover and the PT staff is amazing!! It was a great relief and blessing that we chose this Life Care Center for this journey in our life.
My husband was sent here for rehabilitation after his surgery. The nurses and doctors and entire staff were amazing and so caring. They were very supportive and helpful and accommodating of our whole family. The physical therapists took extremely good care of my husband and helped him and pushed him to be able to go home. The whole experience was definitely better than we expected. Very pleased!!
The staff was very professional and helpful. They were extremely patient with my neighbor. Lori and Tyra went above and beyond to try and keep my neighbor calm and satisfied. Dale was a tremendous help in assisting with my neighbor 's discharge. In fact, every staff member I encountered at Life Care Center Las Vegas, from the receptionists, the CNAs, the custodial staff, the nurses, and doctor were friendly, concerned, helpful and efficient. A grand thank you to each of them.
I belive Monalisa is a best choice for the unit manager on the rehab hall. She is caring and compassionate and makes everyone feel at home. She has made my stay here not so lonley. She lets me come to her office when ever i need her. She always keeps her word and gets the job done. She deserves a raise.
