Unbelievably terrible place for any one’s loved one to spend their last days! Unfortunately the nice entrance with the wide screen TV and modern decor was just a decoy for what lies behind the doors. My father went in there with no bed sores and died 2 months later with a bed sore the size of a baseball! He was also left on the floor shivering when he fell out of bed. My dad had been throw against the wall when someone turned him in the middle of the night . He hit the wall and they left him with his face plastered against the wall, he tried all night to push himself away from the wall causing a huge ulcer on face and was swollen almost beyond recognition. The next night we sat with him, fearing the worst. He did succumb to his injuries, most I believe inflicted from the nursing home. I walked out to notify the nurses, which there were none to be found. After looking everywhere I found four employees sitting at the end of one hallway playing cards. The next day We came back to get his personal belongings… which had all been stolen. Please do not let anyone you love stay here! It’s the worst and should be shut down….if from nothing else, from all the violations against them!

This place is horrible! One of the CNAs in particular, has an incredibly bad attitude and just seemed outright mean with her dirty looks. She was not kind in caring for my family member. He was especially afraid of her. The staff also doesn't really answer questions regarding the status of their patient. It's more of an, "I don't know. I'm not sure." The patient to staff ratio is too great for them to physically take care of each patient, but even so, their attitudes could be a lot better, for example, they should actually care. That is the nature of being a caregiver. They said he was not able to swallow food or water, but as soon as he was taken to a nearby hospital, due to declining health, they (hospital staff) brought him a food tray and water and he was able to eat and drink. Also, when he got to the hospital, he had a UTI, likely due to a catheter that had not been changed. Please don't take your family members here. This is not a good place! THOS- Very clean, staff friendly. I have seen/heard 2 and 3 star places. True that mostly CNAs and short on RN's but most of the reviews are patients themselves that don't want to be here. Mom here temporarily, we want to see her be independent. We don't want her reIying on staff but everything is new to her. She dont like her low sodium diet, her room faces the sun, its bright, its hot in morning (AC works tho). She just wants to be home where she's comfortable. I was afraid to see this place based on reviews but I was relieved after seeing it and dealing with staff....it could have been a lot worse. The building was clean and well kept.

ERRIN and his team Jessica and Alley did a fantastic job getting me back on my feet after a fractured femur They had to deal with 50 year old hollow point bullets in both of my shoulders while trying to get my strength back,Errin was so attentive knowing about my shoulders he saw me crying from shoulder pain then he directed team how to get my rehab and not torture my shoulders ,he is so skilled and professional, I can't thank him and team enough .I am home now and doing great thank you again forever grateful. I was there 6/10 to 7/10 Donna Russell .

A horrible place to trust the facility to having them take care of your family. There's a lot of bad people working there include the ownership. A nightmare!
