AVAMERE REHABILITATION OF LEBANON

Wish I could’ve gave 0 stars, my grandmother just had surgery. Upon arriving she was put in a room where she was uncomfortable in and did not feel safe. The food was atrocious and they denied her pain meds. I have worked in a facility for years, she should’ve been offered a PRN due to the fact she just had very intensive surgery. Instead they made fun at her and were laughing at the nurses station before we came and brought her home. This place was filthy and I would never wish this type of care on my worst enemy. Do better.

My 90 yr old mother has been well taken care of by all the Nurses and CNAs at this facility for the past two months. I highly recommend them for your family members as well. The rehab is excellent and are so skilled and patient in gettin my mother back on track. Please check them out and know that they will be well cared for!

This facility is one of the best I have been in. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The patients are well cared for. I have been in almost every SNF, ALF and AFH in the area and this one stands out as the best. They are willing to accommodate needs, offer interesting and fun activities and have some of the best nursing staff I have seen. I would recommend this facility over any other in the area.

My grandmother spent quite a long time the last 4 years of her life. She spent her last year here before passing in the rehab. But this is the best rehab I have ever seen, the facilities are new modern and nice. They did daily activities like bingo and movies and seasonal things Halloween Christmas all of it. Family is always welcome I spend hours upon hours here with her. Not only the other clients but the staff are the most loving and caring people. I watched them work and do their job and I have never been more satisfied. If anywhere I highly reccomend this avamere, and with all the kindness they treated my grandmother with I owe them alot. In respect, they put up with alot there. RIP grandma .but this rehab will do the best job out there, the physical therapy is one of the best parts. The caring staff and interaction was top notch, they had her work out they played cards with her they kept her mind active with coloring books she was very happy. The food was very good fish, pasta steamed vegetables just professional grade. And the staff my her day. All the CNA's were the most compassionate and sweet people special thanks to red you were the best of the best. They checked on clients frequently as a business I hope they continue to be great. I end my review with no one complaint. 5 stars.
