Everytime my mom needs short term rehab, no doubt that I will request Statesman for her needs. I am so grateful for the constant support and kindness of the management and staff. I am always impressed by the level of care, not just for my relative, but for all the residents I see. The activities are engaging, the food is great, and the facility is always clean. It's definitely our Home Away From Home

The entire management is very accommodating and passionate. They treated us like family. The environment is bright, clean, and welcoming. I saw residents engaged in activities . It is wonderful to see that this facility really cares about their residents. Statesman is exceptional facility. Management is supreme

I am extremely satisfied with Statesman Health and Rehabilitation Center. The facility and staff are top-notch. Initially, I was very concerned about sending my loved one here. I live about an hour away, so I know that I could not physically be present every day to advocate for my partner like I had to do when he was in the hospital. Statesman was the only facility that could care for the various medical issues we were dealing with. I didn’t have a choice but to accept his placement here so he could begin getting all the therapies that he needed to recover. First, let me begin by saying that every single person on the staff cares about the patients here. The administrators, The nursing staff, The chefs, The therapists - ALL OF THEM CARE! In the beginning, I sat at a round table with everyone to discuss the admission, my concerns, questions, etc. This meeting included the head administrator, head of nursing, head of therapies, social worker, and business manager. I was shocked they all met with me! This was just the beginning. Second, they listen! I raised a concern about my partner’s medical condition. His medical condition is very complex. I was told that they would consult with the medical staff the next day and get back to me with a suggested game plan. Guess what? They did exactly what they said they would! It was the very first time I actually felt heard during this nightmare I was living. Third, the facility and staff go above and beyond to keep you informed about your loved one. They proactively address potential problems. They keep you updated with victories. I truly feel blessed that they are caring for my partner. For someone who was skeptical and afraid even to have my loved one transferred to a subacute facility/longterm care facility - I couldn’t be happier with Statesman. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

I am very satisfied with the treatment I received at this place. The nurses RUTH and NANA are angels who give more than their job demands. The cleaning team cleaned my room every day and made it extra fabulous. Thank you Stephenie Meldon and Sheri Krakt. To the therapy team; Tisha-physical therapy, Paula and Yolanda occupational therapy, Carol physical therapy, who were very professional, kind and always thinking of you as a person, not just another patient. LPN; Stephenie Poster, she was always attentive to the patients, giving 100% of herself. RN Jessica is very professional and kind. Laundry: The lady who collects dirty clothes every morning and in the afternoon distributes them to each room, thank you very much (I never knew her name). Kitchen and dining room; they always have time to serve the guests and maintain a food order and make us feel at home. TO ALL OF THEM, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR PATIENTS IN THE DARK TIME, GUIDING US TO THE LIGHT. That place is excellent, but there is always something that stains a good place and the RN; Alice is that stain, since she prefers to watch Facebook on the night shift, than to attend to the patients.

I cannot express the wonderl.care I received in my stay for my two weeks I was there. The aids, nurses ,and All the doctors could not be more accommodating. They where extremely helpful and motivating. They where so kind and extremely helpful during my whole stay..they are a great team.and couldn't do enough for me. Thank you Statesman team. .
