THE WILLOWS AT FRITZ FARM

The Willows at Fritz Farm is a wonderful facility. My mother had surgery earlier this year and quickly declined. It is a hard transition for the whole family, but the staff here treats everyone like family. They love on the residents like they are their own grandparents. The facility is always so clean and everyone is helpful and caring. When mom has visitors, they are always impressed with welcoming, friendly staff and the cleanliness. It doesn’t feel like a nursing home at all! The food is top notch! Restaurant quality and presentation at every meal. They also have wonderful activities, special brunches for family involvement, weekly live music and happy hours, monthly theme dinners, and more. The therapy staff is also amazing! They really go over and beyond to cater every need.

The Willows at Fritz Farm is the best! The difference when you walk in is so noticed. The team there is fantastic and do a wonderful job. Everything is always so clean and smells great, the food is so so good, the therapy team is fantastic, and the nursing team couldn't be better. My whole family loves going there to visit my grandma and we love all the events that they do as well! They do an excellent job in every department and it is evident that everyone there loves what they do and who they care for!

From the moment we walked through the doors at Fritz we knew this nursing home was different. The staff are not only professional and skilled, but they treat each resident like family. My mom has been here for several years, and we’ve seen such a positive change in her mood, and overall well-being. The facility is always clean, bright, and welcoming. The common areas feel cozy, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The activities offered are engaging and varied—there’s truly something for everyone, whether it’s music, crafts, exercise classes, or group outings. What stands out most is the genuine kindness of the caregivers. They take the time to listen, to share a laugh, and to go above and beyond in making residents feel valued. It’s not just about meeting medical needs,it’s about creating a community where people can thrive. We are deeply grateful for the peace of mind this place has given our family. It’s reassuring to know our mom is in a safe, caring environment where they are treated with dignity and respect every single day.

Do not send your family here. My grandmother is able to stand and transfer to her wheelchair with assistance, but was told to “just pee on herself” multiple times by clinical staff. Sat in her own urine and feces more than once, because staff would not assist her to the bathroom. She would press her call light and staff would not come to her room until 30-45 mins later. One nurse said “you need 3 people to stand you up and we don’t have 3 people here so you aren’t getting up”. The staff were totally unprofessional and disrespectful. We checked my grandmother out after only 15 days. Thankfully she didn’t have any bed sores when we got her home.

My grandfather was resident here for several years and The Willows team took such good care of him! Our family was so comforted knowing he was not only receiving such wonderful care, but also had so many options for fun, too! The quality of life here is top notch. Your loved ones are in good hands at The Willows!
