LEXINGTON COURT CARE CENTER

This place I cannot recommend enough from the clean facility to the staff everything is amazing. When you walk in it doesn’t give your “normal” nursing home vibe it smells fresh, you’re welcomed by people who enjoy their jobs and treat your loved ones like family. The staff interacts with everyone they get them involved in activities and so much more! The food is even great too!! We loved everyone who we were around during my grandmothers stay!! Emily the nurse is great a favorite of mine… even though everyone was so amazing. Thanks for the great care my grandma received and we know if she needs to go somewhere where to bring her ❤️❤️

My experience here was mainly Theraphy. Every facet exceeded my expectations. The time of waiting for an aide to answer a call light was great which is so important to each resident. Everyone dressed in scrubs and clean this is a big deal to me. The food prepared is very tasty and care was taken in the prep you can tell. The Theraphy team always had a plan and followed through unlike another facility where they would take my time and look on PC of what to do next and too much nonsense. Not here at Lexington Court they know what you will be doing and they care. The front desk women is always warm and greets everyone and is there to offer help. My findings this is a great place to be either for Theraphy or long stay and you are appreciated that your there.

I was able to tour the building and talk with some of the unit nurses and nursing assistants. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. It really felt like the whole team was doing their best to make sure the residents were well cared for. I got to see some of the residents enjoying movement activities, and the staff made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. What really stood out to me was how the nursing aides interacted with the residents. They were helping out, getting to know them, and even making small changes based on what each person needed. One moment that stuck with me was during lunch when a resident wanted applesauce, and even though it was not on the menu, a staff member went out of their way to get it for them. That kind of patience and genuine care really meant a lot. You can tell the staff truly care about the people there, and I really appreciated seeing that.

My experience at Lexington Court Care Center has been wonderful! From the time I arrived at the facility. They offered many fun activities to participate in!! Brenda and Patty are wonderful team players!! The building is also very clean and well-kept and maintained! Therapy did a terrific job with helping with get back to where I needed to be to go home! The care I received from the Nursing staff and Aids was terrific!! All my insurance questions were answered quickly and explained in detail it really helped lesson my worries during my stay. My discharge went very smooth, and all questions were answered of the care I would be receiving at home, and any follow-up care to follow. I give Lexington Court Staff an A+ for all the care they did for me during my stay.

Overall, a very pleasant environment! Building presented clean and decorated nicely. Everyone was very nice and helpful! The new DON Megan was very nice and wants the best for the patients while they are there. The nursing and therapy staff are amazing! Rhonda in the business office was very helpful with answering any billing/insurance questions I had. Lisa from social work was very compassionate and willing to look into some things to help better assist me! Very compassionate people, they are like family! I would recommend Lexington Court for anyone looking for nursing or therapy needs!!
