My 91 year old father had the privilege of receiving amazing care from the team at CareOne Livingston SNF. After having such a traumatic clinical experience where he required unexpected brain surgery, Dad was blessed to receive the proper clinical oversight for his complex needs and specialize rehab services which ultimately allowed him to return home to us ! And yes, he was even walking when he left Care One ! My family and I are grateful for the amazing customer service from everyone include Administration, Housekeeping, Recreation, & Dietary and most importantly the outstanding nursing and therapy services. A very grateful family! The Family of Charles Fields.

I was really impressed with the empathy and level of care at CareOne. We took a chance on them and felt like we were very lucky to land there. My mom had severe back wounds that they treated w care and compassion. The nursing team and staff as well as aides should be highly commended for their work. Tiffany the nursing administrator made me feel like everything would be taken care of. They worked with us through a very difficult period in our lives. Thank you

I am extremely disappointed and deeply concerned about the level of care provided at this rehab/assisted living facility. What should have been a safe and supportive environment turned into an ongoing experience of nursing neglect, unprofessional conduct, and complete disregard for patient well-being. The nursing staff frequently left patients unattended, sometimes for long periods of time, despite repeated requests for assistance. This lack of supervision directly contributed to patient falls that occurred right under their watch, which is absolutely unacceptable for a facility responsible for vulnerable individuals. In addition, many staff members were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when approached with concerns. Rather than addressing issues with empathy and urgency, they often acted irritated or bothered—creating an environment where patients and families felt unheard and disrespected. Overall, the quality of care was unsatisfactory and unsafe. Patients deserve dignity, timely care, and attentive support, yet what we witnessed was the opposite. I cannot recommend this facility and strongly advise families to seek alternative options where patient safety and professionalism are taken seriously.

Not a good experience at all. I am looking for places for my husband to recover and I chose to visit Care One. I entered the facility and the receptionist was not invested in being there. Employees were hanging around the reception area talking. The Director of admission Taniya was late for my appt. All she talked about was the Medicare copay and was I willing to take care of my husband after he left and it was goung to take months for him to recover. She is not a Dr., NP, Nurse or Respiatory therapist totally unprofessional, disengaged no compassion at all. HR find another d Director ASAP!

This place is over priced and incompetently run. My dad was in the memory care unit at this facility for a couple of months. During that time, we were billed incorrectly (billing us for 40k when less than half of that amount was owed) and we did not receive adequate updates on my dad's health. I received more notices about bills than about my dad's well being. The administrators were not onsite frequently and did not seem equipped for their roles. The one administrator recommended switching my dad's healthcare to ensure his coverage for another week or two, and then forgot to submit the paperwork to switch healthcare coverages, resulting in us having to pay my dad's full bill at the facility sooner than anticipated. The other administrator acted pretty unprofessionally when we met with her in person, especially when considering her customer-facing role. While I visited my dad at the memory care unit, I saw an instance of a resident falling on the ground, and the healthcare aids left her on the ground for probably 10 minutes while she was asking for help to get up. My dad seemed pretty uneasy there and developed multiple sores on his hands, face and legs. I was able to get him switched to a better run facility for the last few weeks of his life but by that time he had already deteriorated. Take your loved ones somewhere else.
