DOCKSIDE HEALTH & REHAB CENTER

My Aunt was a resident there after a stroke. I can praise the staff enough especially Jaime Cook, for her care. The attention and care that was provided was superb. I totally recommend dockside for a loved ones care. If my family need any type of help they went out their way to assist.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Dockside Health and Rehab Center. My father has been there a few times for rehabilitation services and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive to his needs.The facility is clean and welcoming and everyone we interacted with made us feel like family. We cannot thank them enough for all they did to support us.

4.5 stars reviews well I'm here to tell you that biggest joke I've ever seen. I go there often to see my family member that has cancer and many other health issues so let talk the lack of went there one day last week it was around 2 in afternoon. There was dirty diapers busted all over the hallway there was a nurse sleeping at the nurse station I had left and came back. Around 530pm dirty diapers still all over the floor and now there is 2 nurses sleeping at nurse station noone at front desk see who coming and going. I got to my family room after asking for a nurse twice waiting for 45 mins and no nurse never came to the room. And let's talk about how they just allow any and everyone in there to take patients out I took my family out and returned them for dinner. But after I returned them than left the building again with someone we didn't even no and noone there even had a clue they even left the building they has cancer is very weak and they also have dementia they didn't have anyone sign them in and out absolutely a joke I would not recommend putting a dieing snake in that place let alone someone you love better off taken them to a animal shelter or a prison they will get treated better ... and there has been other many horrible things happen there with not only my loved one but others as well personally the only reason My family still there is riverside didn't have any available bed

5 stars for this Facility. It was a hard decision placing our dad in a nursing home but Dockside had made it a seamless process. The staff truly do care and can look at all the residents and tell they are happy and cared for. The Adminstration team is always available to our family and that puts us at ease. Thanks Dockside Team!

Wonderful staff!! Always clean!! They treat your family like their family. I highly recommend!!!
