The people there are friendly but but it seemed like there really was no rules there that much and I was getting harassed by the residents here and there
They talked to the residents but they still kept on doing it
I feel like they could have done more there but that's just me

A place that is really trying to make the bad reputation go away. The new ED and the managers here are trying to improve the place and make the nursing home feel like it’s really home to the residents. The activities aides are really good at getting residents out of their rooms and into the common areas for activities. The nurses and the stnas have the best team work there is! This is really becoming a nice place! Give it a shot and place your loved one in here!

I have a family member staying here. First I would like to say how caring the staff is. They are always on top of everything. Maintenance and housekeeping are amazing. I would definitely recommend Lake Pointe to anyone interested.
