The CNAs and LVNs were exceptionally kind and efficient; however the CNAs were seriously under-staffed! Sometimes it took a half hour to an hour for someone to change a diaper (no bedpans available).
I trusted the staff and administrator to take care of several of my family members and was very pleased with the service and loving care they provided to my family. The facility was always clean, the food was always delicious and the staff were caring and dedicated to the quality of care. I previously worked for the State of CA as auditor and this was one of the better facilities because they provide a family-like environment where the residents are happy and treated with respect first and foremost. Me and my family were very pleased with the superior service and dedication. We are truly grateful. Thank MMCH for everything.

As EMT this is by far the worst place I have ever been too. Terrible place, smoke hits you as soon as you open the door. customer service is out the window, definitely wouldn’t go there with kids 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤬 LVN Michelle is the worst nurse at night shift and sadly she is the charge nurse. I went to pick up a patient and she was unorganized and didn’t have proper documentation. This change nurse didn’t even want to take vitals of her patient. Don’t put your family or loved ones here in this nursing home!!!!!! I urgently advise.

nchester manor almost two years. She was totally dependent on others and very depressed. However since she has been at Manchester manor she has improved. Because of patient and kind caring staff she has gained some independence and is a lot happier. The facility is neat,clean and odor . Unlike
previous comments the food is good is good,no hot dogs and no complaints from my neice. The place is clean and odor free.i have worked at several hospital and convalescent hospitals and would easily spot problems. Her skin and hair show 100% improvement thanks to kind caring nursing assistants. Would recommend this facility to others.
