I was admitted for 2 1/2 months for physical therapy and antibiotic administration. This was my first time to experience staying in a skilled nursing facility, so I do not have any other places to compare Stonebrook with, but I am very happy with the results of my stay. The entire staffs was very kind and understanding. The nurses are knowledgeable in their fields, and the therapy department is composed of very good therapists. I am 69 years old and was not able to walk when I was admitted. The therapy department helped me a lot to get back on my feet and walking again. Overall, it was a very good experience for me. The area is nice and clean too.

I spent 2 weeks here. Recovering from major surgery. I had excellent care, the nursing staff, the CNAs and everyone was kind, caring, nice and very helpful. In the very beginning the supervising nurse was able to move me to another room so I could get the sleep I needed because it wasn't a good fit to be with the other patient that was awake at night. The physical therapy was excellent. It's the best out of the five places my husband has been in , in this area. They have very delicious, homemade food, excellent meals all the time. Lots of entertainment and things to do if you're not busy doing physical therapy. Even my friends have told me this is the best place They have experienced visiting my family in this area . I would recommend this place to anyone. 😊❤️

Very few speak English, very hard to communicate with them especially at night.Food is not very good. Was not able to get my prescription filled when I left there. They wouldn’t fax it to the pharmacy. Physical Therapy was good.

I went to visit a friend at your facility this morning on June 4, 2025 at around10:00 ish in the morning. As I met the receptionist there I have never, ever had such a nasty person sitting behind a reception desk treat me the way she did. This woman was so rude to me when I was checking in to visit. This was my first visit at your facility. Her nasty, sharp attitude to me went way beyond rudeness. I am still stunned at her rude way which was just unnecessary. This woman should never, ever work at a front desk with the public with her poor attitude. I will say that the other folks at your facility were just great, kind and super attitudes. Again, you need to move this receptionist somewhere in the back where she does not come into contact with the public.

My mom, 90 years old, recently checked out of Stonebrook after being there over a month... She had fractured 2 bones in her pelvis from a fall...so it was extremely difficult to walk. The physical therapy she received was super, especially when working with Brian. Brian was uplifting, enthusiastic, and a had a positive attitude which made my mom feel good. The nurses were great. An area that needs improvement is with administration. I was surprised one day when my mom was being taken to an appointment that I had no knowledge of. My mom's memory is not great so I have always gone to all her appointments. My mom would not have been able to fill out information on the tablet without me present. The doctor also was not happy because he was receiving patients with dementia that had no idea why they're there. The facility would just drop them off with an envelope and leave. Luckily I found out about the appointment that day and went with my mom. If you want updates, make sure you're involved and ask questions. Because of patient privacy, be sure you're on the list of people to be informed. You will not get information on the patient is you're not listed. I was there twice a day most of the days so I knew how things worked and how to know the staff. Overall, my mom enjoyed her stay and made some friends. Stonebrook is a nice facility and provided my mom with the care she needed. She is doing well and walking again. Thank you!
