My grandmother has been here for almost a year. Within the first year of being here they have broke her dentures, lost/broke her hearing aid. She had her appointment to have dentures remade in May and it’s now Mid Aug. and still no dentures. She has been on a liquid diet and has lost over 50lbs. Her health has since been declining due to weakness from not enough nutrition. She is legally blind and needs hearing aids to hear anyone, and also has dementia. They accused her of going into people rooms and taking stuff, but more so she was found asking for help because she couldn’t find her way back to her room. They keep putting a sign in her room call before you fall, which makes no sense….she can’t see it to read it and when she does call it’s always and hour or more later before they come (I know, because I was there several times and took her myself). She would fall trying to go to the bathroom by herself. Circle back around to going into people rooms…she’s not that mobile. A cut on her leg she acquired from falling in the bathroom with a padded walker in front of her, but one nurse said we probably done that on the bed when we picked her up. Why were you picking her up in her room if she fell in the bathroom? There’s no way the cut came from something in the bathroom. Don’t get me started on the physical therapy. Her kids have say so as to her being there, I’m an adult grandchild, and I have no say so. Editing and adding to the complaint 8-21-25 hasn’t had a bath since last Thursday, complained of feeling sick today and the nurse said she turned the air on and ate her breakfast (she had two bites of oatmeal and drank a small orange juice) and she was ok. The nurse practitioner checked her lungs and such but didn’t check her temperature? She said she felt bad and she never complains of feeling bad. She said something just wasn’t right. Nurse was alerted but no one checked on her until after lunch when they were told at breakfast. The nurse practitioner commented when the nurse was told she’d be around to check. You’d think if someone tells you something is wrong they’d check not put it off for hours. I wouldn’t even give them one star. The only reason I e heard they get good reviews is because staff puts on good reviews to keep the rating up. There’s previous reviews that confirm that. Also, her bed was soaked and they put towels in it to dry it, not change the sheets. How unsanitary.

The housekeeping staff is amazing! It smells so nice and clean. All of the staff at the facility are kind and you can tell they truly care about the people who live here.

The class was absolutely wonderful! I could not have asked for a better instructor. Angie Graham went above and beyond to show encouragement, enthusiasm, kindness, and love to each and every student. She kept a very positive attitude and was quite thorough ensuring that each and every student came through the course confident in their abilities to be strong CNAs. I absolutely love her and would definitely recommend this class as a great opportunity to people going into or furthering their careers in the medical field.

From arriving and not being assisted in getting our father into the building, immediate porta potty odor walking through the door, mattress stains of urine, and feces. Lack of response to complaints. This was the worst experience getting my father into a facility for rehabilitation. I was so discouraged and concerned to leave him over night. Those staff members that were kind and helpful, no name tags but at least did what they could to assist us the best they could. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same for the higher ups that actually had the authority to make things different but choose to avoid us. *** Do your loved one the favor of doing a surprise visit before choosing this facility*** know photos on the website are not a true representation
