TOWN AND COUNTRY HEALTH CARE CENTER

My mother went to T&C last year for rehab and while she was there she got progressively worse (due to age and dementia) and had to become a full-time resident. Although my mother is a lovely person, she is strong-willed and independent, and I honestly thought she would never adjust to a nursing home. Yes, it has been a lot of ups and downs, however, T&C has done a great job handling my mother. She always says that they treat her very well and every time I have been to visit her, whether it is morning, noon or night she is always immaculately dressed and groomed, her room is always neat and tidy. She has put on weight and is now joining in with some of the other residents on group activities. T&C was recently sold this past year and the new owners are trying very hard to update the facility. My mother's room has recently been painted and new beds were put in all the bedrooms on her wing. The director, Patrick, appears to always be there and he couldn't be nicer or easier to talk to. If you are looking for the most modern and up-to-date nursing home T&C is not that, however, if you are looking for a clean, safe and kind place for your loved one I don't think you can go wrong with T&C.

The directors that are listed on their website, only 2 still work there. Most of the replacements have also already left. The building is old and money is not spent to fix anything. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!!!!

My mother was there for a short stay cause her caretaker had a family emergency and I work so this place was in her insurance list , I believe that since the day I brought her in they never got her off that bed cause when I went to pick her up I cried she looked horrible, she looked weak ,they also lost her special slippers witch I paid $60.00 dollars at her foot Dr office and they never replace them ...I give them 0 stars it's a horrible place......

I won’t forget how you treated my father. I won’t rest until you’re called out for your neglect.
