VALLEY VIEW HEALTH AND REHABILITATION, LLC

I was nervous at first about Valley View because of some of the reviews; but my dad has been there for the past almost two months. First in the rehab and now in a private room in the long term care side. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the care that has been provided. The place is clean, every time I go (and I’m there often). The staff is pleasant and helpful and they tell me things about my dad that lets me know they have taken the time to get to know him. I totally have respect for the people who choose to help take care of our precious seniors. If your loved one needs care in a place like this, treat the staff with respect and if there’s a problem bring it to their attention in a professional manner. So far I’m pleased and I feel good vibes whenever I’m there. My dad is pretty happy as well and my mom isn’t sad to leave him there after visits.

This company is awful !! The rehab side is ok but long term sucks the food is awful there is only a handful of CNAs that are actually good ! They have not had a state survey in over 3 years ! My mom has been here almost 2 years and they have been through 3 administrators! The DON has been fired ! I don’t see how they stay open ! Wish there was more of a choice around here , but if I was you I would not bring my loved one there !! Please find somewhere else !!

Lauren listened to our special requests concerning my uncle to make sure his experience is positive. She was so gracious and caring - we are beyond appreciative.

Medicines are not given timely, patients left sitting and lying in urine and feces for an extended amount of time. Staff acts inconvenienced if questions are asked. Administration is no better. Families entrust this facility with our loved ones and they are treated less than acceptable.

Although my husband stay was short, he recieved the best care. Tammy- and all the nusing staff were so helpful in his care. Sean, Megan and the PTand OT staff were remarkable in his therapy sessions. They all treated him with respect and went beyond. Thank you all. The facility was alwsys clean, evrry staff member was friendly.
