I am a current resident and quite cognitive. I've been here over three years. Having all my faculties and being quite intelligent I have seen & heard a lot. The company that took over @ 1 year ago has constantly brought any high mark to below the par. The care and all other aspects was good when I was first here, Residents were a priority but, no longer. I miss those days. For me Residents don't come first now. They are not a priority! On a scale of 0-10/highest, the Administration is 0-1! They also treat the Nursing, CNA and other staff with distain! They have sucked the JOY out of me and treat me Unprofessionally and Without Kindness! Think twice!

My husband was here from 2/7/25 to 3/26/25. The therapy was excellent. Any issues l had were taken care of immediately. When signing out if l ever left anything but a glowing comment l would get a call to discuss what they could do to fix things and be better. The whole staff was on top of things and eager to please. I could see in how they handled the other residents with love and care and was confident my husband was as well. I needed a rehab again unfortunately they had no bed available so we are in Guilford. So far so good.

Grandmother is facility for rehab and they are honestly horrible been there almost week no shower. Food always cold when delivered. Definitely patient neglect going on. Completely different then other reviews but if this is what standard of care has come to maybe they should sell the place and let a condo complex be built. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place
